South Fork 6-12-2018
Flow out of Palisades Dam has dropped from 22300 cfs to 18400 cfs in the last two days. Look for further drops in this flow as we have past the run-off peak in this part of the Snake River. If flow drops maintain a rate similar to that of the last few days, we will have normal flows before the end of this month meaning usual stonefly, caddisfly and mayfly hatches near schedule. For now try nymphs and streamers around drop-offs and deeply sunk rubberlegs.
