South Fork

Palisades Reservoir is about two-thirds full which is good for this time of the year.  The “winter management flow” remains in place.

Rainbow trout have begun spawning in the lower river, so look for and avoid their redds. Launch sites are open except for those in the canyon below the Conant site down to the Table Rock-River Road confluence. Launch sites in this river section will remain closed until after the motorized travel opening sometime in mid-April.
