South Fork

Flow out of Palisades Dam is increased from 900 cfs to 6ooo cfs to catch expected run-off. Bureau of Land Management and the National Forest Service will not open the River Road above the Table Rock and River Roads junction to motorized traffic until around the middle of May this year because of habitat conditions. Marginal top water fishing conditions continue.  Slower waters are best locations to try. Rubber leg and streamer patterns continue to produce in deeper waters and around overhead cover.
