Caddis flies are a very important part of the biomass of many of our trout streams. Cased Caddis are often overlooked by anglers, but they definitely are not overlooked by the fish. I like to tie them quick and simple due to the fact that you will likely be dragging these along the snaggy bottom. There you have it. I just typed "snaggy bottom." I need to go get some fresh air!
