Blacked-Out Complex Twist Bugger

TThe Complex Twist Bugger has gone through a few changes since its inception to make it match different fishing situations. This version of the Complex Twist Bugger is pretty much the same as the others, but I used a single schlappen feather and it's tied in mostly black! Everyone needs more black buggers in their box, so don't forget to leave the tails nice and long and tie up a dozen!
