Jeff Creamer steps up with another tutorial for us -- this time a great streamer pattern, the Bow River Bugger (or a variation of it, to be specific). With the hair collar, for a little buoyancy offset, it incorporates a lot of good streamerish materials for a fun tie. Give it a try!!
