Wind River Gear Landing Net Seine

Product was timely and fit the landing net properly. However—two negative things were very apparent… 1–the clip attached to the tightner broke immediately upon removing from package. 2–the netting was not good for seining riffles for insect drift. The hole sizing in the netting itself is too wide for the small insect life caught up in the drift. When I attempted to use it, all the insects were quickly washed through the netting, so when I raised it up out of the water—nothing remained. I used a different net of my friend’s and we harvested massive insect drift. So—it proved to me that this net was useless for the task. Don’t purchase to use as a riffle seine.
