Bad batch?

I purchased tippet for a week long trip I take once a year. Using fulling mill tippet, my knots would slip on fish of moderate size or snags. Properly moisten and seated clinch knots, surgeons knots and blood knots all slipped. My assumption is that the tippet absorbing water causes the knots to slip. This is the only tippet I brought on the trip as it's usually trust worthy. I have been fly fishing for over 25 years and have never seen this issue. It's a massive disappointment that a usually reputable product would have such a negative impact on the one big trip a take a year. I will not be purchasing again.

Best Tippet

Have used all kinds of tippet. Mono and fluorocarbon. This is by far the best.

Great tippet

It’s exactly what it says it is and the price was great. I’ll be buying more when other tippet brands I have run out.
